How do I join?
Create an account with us. You’ll receive 25 points to start.
How do I earn points on purchases?
1 point for every €1 spent. If you shop in another currency, we convert the total to EUR to calculate your points.
When do purchase points become available?
Points from orders are held for 14 days to allow time for returns, then become available to use.
How do I redeem my points?
Your available points appear at checkout. Apply them directly to your total, starting from 50 points (€5 off).
Do I need a discount code?
No. Points are applied as a direct deduction at checkout.
Do points expire?
Only if your account is inactive for 12 months. Otherwise, they stay yours.
How do the tiers work?
Your tier reflects your purchases over a rolling 12-month period. As you move from Linen to Atelier, your points multiply faster and you unlock new perks.
What do I receive on my birthday?
100 points for Linen, 150 for Thread, 200 for Weave, or 300 for Atelier.
What happens when I refer a friend?
They receive a 10% discount. Once they place their first order, you get 150 points.
Can I use points from outside Europe?
Yes. We support 8 currencies and handle the EUR conversion in the background.
