When you complete checkout, you’re making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send the confirmation email.

All our products are made to order. Production begins after your order is confirmed.

Prices are shown in EUR, USD, GBP, CAD, and AUD.

All prices include VAT where applicable. Any customs duties for non-EU countries are shown in our Shipping page.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If this affects your order, we’ll contact you before processing.

We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

Payment is taken when you place your order. All transactions are processed securely.

All our clothing is made to order in Lithuania. This means we produce each piece after you order it.

Made-to-order (standard sizes from our collection) can be returned within 14 days.

Custom orders (altered from our standard patterns for you) are final sale.

We aim for accurate photos and descriptions. Small variations in color may occur due to screen settings or natural variations in linen fabric.

If something doesn’t match the description, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Some items offer customization options (length adjustments, etc.). These are clearly marked during checkout.

Items customized beyond our standard options are considered custom orders and are final sale.

Production: up to 7 business days. Shipping: 3–21 business days depending on destination.

Standard items: 14-day return window. Custom orders: final sale.

You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering. After that, production may have started.

As an EU-based business, we comply with EU consumer protection laws.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for standard products. This doesn’t apply to custom or personalized items.

You’re protected by a 2-year legal guarantee on all products for defects.

We’re committed to quality. Every piece is made by experienced seamstresses in our Lithuanian studio.

If you receive a defective item, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it. See our Returns page for details.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

We’re not responsible for:

• Damage from improper care or normal wear
• Indirect losses (like missed events)
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law.

We’re not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control: natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, carrier disruptions, etc.

Creating an account lets you track orders and save preferences.

Keep your login details secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

We may modify or end promotions at any time without notice.

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law and EU regulations.

Disputes are subject to Lithuanian courts, but EU consumers can also use courts in their country of residence.

We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the update.
