All items are made to order by our team in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Production takes up to 7 business days. We’ll email you when your order ships.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on production timing.

You’ll get a tracking link for each parcel.

Delivery times start after dispatch, not after ordering.

• EU: 3–7 business days
• UK: 5–10 business days
• USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–21 business days

Express delivery is available for most destinations.

No customs duties or additional taxes. Prices include VAT.

All US orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We cover import duties and tariffs—you won’t pay anything extra on delivery.

Note: New tariff regulations may cause occasional customs delays. These are beyond our control once the parcel enters the US.

UK orders may be subject to import VAT and customs duties. These are collected by the carrier before delivery.

Typical import VAT is 20%. Duties depend on the item value.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Your local customs office or carrier will contact you if payment is required before delivery.

Please double-check your address at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we can resend it once you confirm the correct details. Additional shipping may apply.

If your tracking shows the parcel is held or undeliverable, contact the carrier directly using your tracking link.
