We want you to love what you order. If something isn’t right, you can return standard items within 14 days of delivery.

Custom and made-to-measure pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned.

Return Policy

What Can Be Returned

Standard items (our regular sizes and styles) can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached
What Cannot Be Returned

Custom orders are made to your specific measurements or modifications. These are final sale.

Made-to-measure items are final sale.

Items marked “Final Sale” at purchase cannot be returned.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alterations, or damage will be refused.

14-Day Return Window

Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

This applies to all standard items, including made-to-order pieces from our regular collection (these are not custom).

How to Return

Easy Self-Service Returns

We’ve made returns simple:

  1. Log in to My Orders
  2. Select your order and click “Return”
  3. Purchase and print your return label
  4. Attach the label and drop off the package

No emails, no waiting – handle it all yourself.

Return Shipping Cost

The return label costs around €10. We refund this as store credit – so it’s essentially free if you shop with us again.

Prefer to arrange your own shipping? Use any tracked service and email us at [email protected] for the return address.

Refunds

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

The refund goes to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to show the credit.

What’s Refunded

We refund the item price.

Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.).

Partial Refunds

If an item is returned in less than original condition, we may issue a partial refund or refuse the return.

We’ll contact you before taking any action.

Exchanges

How Exchanges Work

Want a different size or color? Email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you want to exchange
  • The size or color you’d like instead

Once we receive your return, we’ll make and ship the replacement. We cover shipping for the replacement item.

Exchange Availability

Exchanges depend on availability. If your requested size or color isn’t available, we’ll offer a refund or alternative.

Problems with Your Order

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected].

Include photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If we sent the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange the correct item to be sent and cover return shipping for the incorrect one.

Quality Issues

If there’s a manufacturing defect, contact us with photos. We’ll assess and offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations

Cancelling an Order

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them—contact us as soon as possible.

After 24 hours, production may have started. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but cancellation may not be possible.
